The ocean view from our King Room was breathtaking, allowing us to truly relax. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, making our stay feel more comfortable.

Had an awesome time with friends! The beach access was perfect, and we loved visiting the Newport Aquarium. Just a heads up, the office closes at 10 PM if you need towels. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would highly recommend it.

The bed was not comfortable and left me stiff each morning. It would be better to upgrade the beds for a better sleep experience.

I loved that all rooms offered stunning ocean views, making it easy to soak in the beauty of the coast every morning, and I also appreciated the close proximity to Regatta Park, where I enjoyed a peaceful walk while taking in the scenery. As a solo traveler, I found the staff super friendly and helpful, which added to my pleasant experience, but a bit more attention to cleanliness in common areas would improve the overall feel.

The views were stunning, with a nice little balcony and comfy beds making for a pleasant stay. However, the steep stairs to the third floor were a workout, and the shower could definitely use some anti-skid material. Overall, it was a good experience by the ocean.

The room was super cozy with a nice fireplace next to the window. Definitely loved the amazing ocean view from the wall-to-wall window. And it was clean, which is always a plus! Just falling asleep to the sound of the waves was really relaxing. A few upgrades made a difference, but the wifi was a little spotty. Still a nice stay overall!

Grabbed some killer sushi at Yatai Sushi just a quick stroll away, and that beachfront fire pit? Perfect for nightly sunsets! Plus, the patio chill vibes made lounging here a dream.

Had to wait a bit to check in, and those support beams on the balcony were a tad unsettling. Not a dealbreaker though. the friendly staff totally made up for it.

However, the parking situation was a bit cramped and could be a challenge during busy times.

My kids wished the stairs to the beach were easier for little ones. It would be great if there were more kid-friendly options for getting down to the sand.

The view from my King Room with Ocean View was absolutely stunning! 🌊 Just steps from the beach made it so easy to enjoy the ocean. However, it was a bit noisy at night.
